This event has been a cornerstone of our artistic community, showcasing incredible talent from near and far. We encourage all artists to participate and share their masterpieces with us. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting your creative journey, this is your chance to shine.
Juror will be Deb Riccardi
Our 68th Annual Open Juried Art Show will be hosted in the Boyer Gallery at the prestigious Hill School in Pottstown. With its rich legacy and beautiful surroundings, the Hill School provides the perfect backdrop to showcase your artwork. Make sure to mark your calendars and invite friends and family to join us for this memorable event.
DATES:
Art Drop Off: Thurs. Oct 24, 3-6pm - Please register / pay in advance but physical tags still need to be attached to artwork. Walk-in registration available.
Show Runs: Oct. 28 to Dec 13
Opening Reception: Sunday, Nov. 3 from 2 - 4pm, Awards at 3pm
Declined Work Pick Up - Nov 3 from 2-4pm
Art Pick up: Sat, Dec 14, 11am-2pm

Judge's Bio - Deb Riccardi
Deborah Riccardi MFA, Master of Fine Arts University of Pennsylvania, BFA, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Tyler School of Art, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, The Barnes Foundation
Artist, Curator, Professor, Public Lecturer, and Missionary to Haiti, Papua New Guinea, Guatemala and Kensington, Philadelphia. Presently I teach at Valley Forge Military College and Academy, Bucks and Montgomery County Community Colleges and Cabrini College for 16 years teaching Drawing, Painting, Art Appreciation and Art History. I curated and installed the McMaster Museum at Valley Forge Military Academy and College receiving 2 metals and an Easter Egg from The White House. In the past I was the Director of Education of the Barnes Foundation, Merion, Pa, Inventory manager, Teacher and co-founder of School Visitation Programs, Elderhostel and French International School Programs, and Public Lecturer.
I worked in oil paint, graphic, dry pastel and photography. My works have been exhibited locally and internationally and are included in many private and public collections. They have also been featured in films and theater. I have received numerous awards and recognition for my teaching and artwork. Some of these awards included the National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts, The Getty Foundation, Valley Forge Military Academy and College, Philadelphia Sketch Club, Cheltenham Center for the Arts, Montgomery County Community College, Tyler School of Art, University of Pennsylvania, and University of the Arts, Bryn Mawr Trust Company.
Public Lectures: WHHY, Television, Educational Lectures “Television Show on “The Barnes Foundation”, Public TV, Channel 12, Solo Exhibition Farm Show Complex, “PA Farm Show” displayed.
