    ART MEET UP 

    Join fellow PVAC members and friends at Encore Experiences for a FREE drop-in art session that happens each week!

    Drop in, show up, get ready to create with other artists. 

    Bring your current project and enjoy creating in the company of other local artists. This relaxed and inspiring event is hosted by the welcoming folks at Encore. Whether you're painting, sketching, or working on a mixed-media piece, this is the perfect opportunity to share ideas, connect, and create together.

    We can't wait to see what you're working on—come join the fun!

    Join us for the First 2025 Board & Bites Meeting, a gathering to discuss the next hot topics and happenings at PVAC.

    We’ll discuss important updates about spring programming including art talks, potential classes, the member show, some data base/website developments and more. If there's time we will be brainstorming about the future of PVAC.

    An agenda will be sent to those who register for the event. 

    Season's cafe has a full menu to choose from if you would like to purchase food.

    Calling All Artists: This is your call to sign up for the 

    Perk Valley Art Center's Members Art Show Committee

    Here are tasks that we need help with: 


    Write the Call for Entry using last year's show as a template

    Help with advertising the show (social media)

    Monitor registrations, prepare for artwork drop-off

    Help on drop-off day

    Help with judging

    Help with hanging the show

    Produce labels

    Produce show catalog

    All members are invited to be on the committee.  RSVP here, we'll have one meeting prior to the show.

    Show Hours

    This event has been a cornerstone of our artistic community, showcasing incredible talent from near and far. We encourage all artists to participate and share their masterpieces with us. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting your creative journey, this is your chance to shine.

    Juror: Frank Batson

    DATES:

    Art Drop Off: Thurs. April 3, 3-6pm - Please register / pay in advance. Walk-in registration available.

    Show Runs: April 5-May 3

    Opening Reception: Sunday, April 6  from 2 - 4pm, Awards at 3pm

    Art Pick up: Monday, May 5, 10-5

    Artist Frank (Rinky) Batson will present our program in February.  Frank is an accomplished watercolorist whose landscapes and townscapes capture details and the history of our area.  

    Jacqueline Meyerson, PSA - MP, IAPS - 

    Montgomery County artist to exhibit artwork in Pennsburg – The Mercury

    Norristown native Batson explores many themes in his work, from nostalgic watercolor views of Norristown, Philadelphia, and the nearby Montgomery County countryside, to inspired collages exploring patriotic subjects.

    Frank and his wife are residents of Peter Becker Community.

Perkiomen Valley Art Center  (PVAC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1957 to further art appreciation and direct involvement with the arts by providing cultural programs and exhibitions by area artists.
