Registration - 6 people - Category Sorting 3-4 people
October 25, 10am - 12:30pm Judging - Brad Hendershot + 2 volunteers
October 25, 12:30 - 3:30 - Hanging & Labeling - Need 6-8 people
Nov. 2, 2-4pm - Reception - (Need programs, certificates and awards)
Need help with set-up (1), greeters (2), and help with art pick up of rejected works (1) and a Photographer
Dec. 13: 11am - 2pm - Artwork Pick up at Hill School - Need 4 volunteers
Dec. 7 - PVAC Holiday Party - 4-7pm at PBC
