Hill School Volunteer sign up

Registration

  • Once checked in and confirmed ok - two volunteers need to move art to the appropriate location (by medium) for judging

    October 22 (Thurs. 2:30-6 pm)

  • Need two people to receive artwork (check to be sure paperwork is filled out and attached properly)

  • Two volunteers needed to ask artists to check off that they have received their work, take down panels

    Dec 12 1-3pm
  • Need 3 people to assist with hanging the artwork for the show.

    Date / Time
  • One person needed to greet guests, hand out program and tell guests about the Peoples Choice Award

    Nov 1 2-4pm
  • Two volunteers needed to maintain the refreshment table.

We're planning the Hill School show and need some volunteer help.  Here is a list of the rolls we need volunteers to fill:

Boyer Gallery on October 22, 3-6pm: Art Drop Off Receivers, Art Drop Off Handlers

Boyer Gallery on October 23, 2-6pm Hang the Show 

Boyer Gallery on November 1, 2-4pm: Greeter and Hospitality for the Show Opening 

Boyer Gallery on December 12th, 1-3pm (end of show).

PERKIOMEN VALLEY ART

Serving Mongtomery, Bucks & Berks Counties, PA

Perkiomen Valley Art Center  (PVAC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1957 to further art appreciation and direct involvement with the arts by providing cultural programs and exhibitions by area artists.

Program presentations and show receptions are free and open to the public.
