Dear Friend of the Earth:
On behalf of the entire Earth Day organizing team, we hope you will join us as a vendor for Phoenixville Earth Day 2025!
If you would like to exhibit your work at Phoenixville Earth Day 2025, please sign and return the Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement (attached) to complete your registration. You may email it back to us or mail to: Phoenixville Green Team, P.O. Box 721, Phoenixville, PA 19460-0721.
There are no fees for Artists, however, If your total sales exceed $200, we kindly welcome a voluntary donation of 10% of your total sales. Thank you for your support!: Pay Here or mail a check to us after the event to the same address as above.
If you have friends (artists or otherwise) who would like to be exhibitors, please share our contact info and vendor fees with them:
- For-Profit Business / Retail Vendor: 10' x 10' Space – $60.00
- Non-Profit Organization: 10' x 10' Space – $35.00
- Artist: Free 10' x 10' Space. If your total sales exceed $200, we kindly welcome a voluntary donation of 10% of your total sales. Thank you for your support!
Once we receive your waiver, your exhibitor space will be officially confirmed.
